Who is Creative Pod?
Creative Pod is a multi-award-winning, international, full-service marketing, website, and design agency based outside Gatwick. It services the South East, London, and most recently, has expanded its client base into the Middle East. We pride ourselves on delivering clients with an unparalleled level of service, which we liken to Michelin-star dining – every project receives the same dedication, precision, and excellence as a fine meal. We support our clients through every step of their marketing and creative requirements across PPC, organic social media, PR distribution, blog writing, campaign creation, out-of-home and more.
Why did we apply for this award?
As part of our 2025 marketing strategy, we set out to expand our client base beyond Sussex—where we’re proud to be well-established and award-winning—and pursue new opportunities in London and internationally in the Middle East. We’re excited to say we’ve already made strong progress in Dubai.
While we’re known and trusted in Sussex, we recognise the importance of building our brand presence and reputation in these new markets, and from experience, we know our team truly sets us apart and drives our growth.
After all, you wouldn’t buy a house in a town you’ve never visited—so why choose an agency you know nothing about? That’s why we wanted to shine a light on the people behind our success. Entering the Stand Out Small Integrated Digital Agency of the Year category felt like the perfect opportunity to showcase the talent, creativity, and dedication that define us.

The magic behind the scenes
Our CEO, Matt Turner, is passionate about building a positive and supportive company culture at Creative Pod. Over the years, he’s taken the team on all-expenses-paid trips to Devon (twice), the Isle of Wight, and Norfolk—giving everyone the chance to unwind, bond, and have fun outside the office.
We love celebrating together—whether it’s hen dos, stag dos, birthdays, or work anniversaries, there’s always a reason to have a party, complete with food, drinks, and games.
But it’s not just about having fun. Matt and the senior leadership team place a strong emphasis on training and development. Anyone who wants to grow within the company is given the tools and opportunities to do so—whether that’s through external training, attending networking events, speaking on webinars, or accessing online learning platforms.
From strategy to campaign planning, creative minds and out-of-the-box ideas, it takes an army to build a successful business. Still, when you find the right people, you’ll know they’ll have the business’s best interest at heart – and in return, the company supports them every step of the way.
