When is a website ever truly done?

Like tending to a garden, a high-performing website requires regular check-ins and fresh content. Over time, bigger changes become necessary, especially when the business strategy evolves.

Take our client, BICS, a global B2B communications company. They’ve been shaking things up, moving from the go-to telecoms provider for telecoms provider to a key player in global digital transformation, covering all aspects from IoT to cloud services. In effect, they went from a telco to a techco.

Together, we hatched a plan to match their website with their new strategy. We:

  • Created content to generate leads
  • Made navigation easy and intuitive
  • Packed in loads of useful resources
  • Set up lead tracking from start to finish
  • Smoothed out how we make and approve content
  • Took an agile approach to the whole process

The results were mind-blowing—won deals shot up by 278%, and BICS saw a fivefold return on their investment.

We’re over the moon about being shortlisted for the UK Digital Excellence Awards, recognising the hard work that went into this project.
